I enjoyed my stay. The staff are friendly and understanding. The only thing about my stay that made it lose a star this time is because I found a rather large roach in my room, which was easily resolved with a Croc and then the cops came and banged on the door (71) next to my room for about an hour… maybe longer. I guess the person refused to answer the door. Which was kind of unsettling and bothersome. I’ve stayed here in the past. This is the only time that I can report anything “bad”. Overall one bug appearance and a bizarre cop appearance next door to my room and still this place is a Good place to stay.

Clean, comfortable, very inexpensive. Lots of shopping nearby, close to everything! Staff was lovely, and admittedly, it was a little on the dated side. If you're looking for an inexpensive option, this is a great choice! Pleasantly surprised!

The room was much nicer than the pictures on their website. The room was immaculately clean. It was a good central walkable location to downtown. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Fridge & microwave came in handy. Good food across the street at Crosstown Pub & Grill. It's an older hotel, but the price was right & location was perfect for us.
