Good for the price. You are in a room with random people, but not that bad, guy did snore on one night but you get what you pay for. If your just looking for a place to sleep and pretty close to night life it’s a good stay

Parking was a bit confusing, but was able to figure out meter parking on the street. Great walkability to restaurants, lounges, and theatre in the area. Did not interact with any staff as we arrived after "front desk hours."

Cool experience staying in the dorm room area. Everyone there were pleasant. Carlos was very helpful, informative. The downstairs area clean, quiet for completing my computer work. Management was very responsive with key lock issues. The place is well run and well located.

Great hostel like property in Wicker Park. I stay here for business as it has a great business center. I have experienced both the dorm and individual rooms. Every time I have come it has been very clean, I get quick responses from management if I have an issue (door code not working) and most everyone I have met here have been friendly. Location is awesome. Walking distance to a Michelin star restaurant, great small pubs nearby, Jewl-Osco, Barnes and Noble, etc. Always very clean.

This place is pretty cursed and poorly maintained but the room was nice and I slept well. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well. It seems like based on other reviews and my experience it’s a roulette on what will be broken that day. For me the shower on my floor had no water. I was instructed to use the one downstairs but it also barely had a drip, so I waited until the next morning. Might have been a one off issue that day. If not, not sure how the place can handle dozens of guests. That being said, the place was completely booked except my private room but it was completely empty except two other guests on my floor…very weird. Probably wouldn’t stay there again but worked in a pinch.
