The staff was very helpful upon arrival and were there to assist as needed. The dormitory was clean and well maintained, with staff coming in daily to refresh linens and do laundry. I had a chance to chat with the manager of the hostile and he was very friendly and approachable. I was impressed with how respectful the other guests in the dorm were and would go back to STAY if I'm ever back in the area.

This place is very quirky. Positives are the adjacent co-working space which you have access too as a guest. Negatives are one bathroom and people that spend an hour+ in it leaving everyone else hanging. Strange and unpleasant smells. Bed I had in my private room was comfortable though and that was what I mostly needed.

No front desk clerk like your website says, took me an hour to get keypad instructions that worked. Room wasn't cleaned yet and that was another 30 minutes. Bed and pillows were terrible and had to climb up old ass stairs to 3rd floor. 70 year old with bad knee. Don't stay here!
