I reserved for a out of town family member i paid for everything when he arrived they demanded a extra deposit for insurance wich he didn't have we tried to cancel they said not possible we ended up walking out it was like they put in position of we never got the room got to many hidden issues with never being able to get a refund smh

So not worth the price tag
This was a horrible hotel. It was dirty, worn down, and from the moment I checked in all I heard about was everything that I would be charged for instead of concern for making sure that I was having a good day. The lady that checked me in was very rude. And when I asked about why the $150 deposit, she made it quite clear that if I were to damage the room and not have the money to pay, that’s what the deposit was for. Bothers me as I got to the room and they’re clearly burn holes in the carpet holes in the wall and yet I could be responsible for any of those and the hotel can keep my $150. The bed was so uncomfortable and was simply a mattress on top of a metal platform. There was a homeless guy that slept outside of the front door the entire night he was there when we got to the hotel at about midnight and was still sleeping in the same spot when we left at about 7:30 AM.

This place is a dumpster, the rooms are filty, amenities such as soap and shampoo is not provided on a daily basis, the room itself is just at bear minimum. When I was there the roof in the hallway was leaking from rain, and no staff around to even place a bucket under the flow of rain water. They just let it flow on the carpet and left it like that to rot and mild. They advertise breakfast which is also a joke. This is yogurt, milk, oatmeal, coffee and horribly sweet cinnamon bread. No egg, no protein, no fruit. Most of the time you had to ask as they place only limited amout of coffee out.

I had booked 2 rooms, 1 for my husband and I and 1 for my mother. Got to the property at 1:50 and check-in was 2. I could have checked in for a $20 fee x 2 rooms, but I thought that was ridiculous, so we waited outside for 10 minutes. At check-in, we were told it would be a $150 deposit x 2 rooms = $300, more than the total of the 2 rooms combined. I ended up spending over $500 for 2 rooms at a hotel that should've been $60/night for what you were getting. The desk clerk made me aware of all sorts of things that we could be fined/charged for, such as checking out late and the fees for that in 10-min increments. By the time we got to our room, I was already done with this place. A non-smoking hotel with burns all over the bedding and carpet, a rusty hotel safe, no microwave, no box spring, just a mattress on a metal slat platform that stuck out and destroyed my shins. Incredibly uncomfortable bed. Room smelled musty/moldy. Kind of shady in parking lot day and night. Do not stay.

Rooms were clean upon arrival and the only cleaned one time in 3 days. Bathroom in one room had a hole in it and needs to be fixed. That same room dresser was not functional. The other room had a stain on carpet and very low water pressure in shower. Was not aware of a $150 per room deposit upon arrival.

Many broken items like my door wouldn’t close properly leading it to remain unlocked all night. The shower did not work correctly . The safe didn’t work. Had to move rooms because air conditioning didn’t work. The hotel is worn down, dirty many broken items .

The room showed its age. The furniture scuffed and worn. The carpet has stains, etc. The beds were comfortable enough and everything worked in the bathroom. We noticed a musty/mildew type smell each time we entered the roof. Possibly due to the HVAC wall unit. Things seemed typical of a budget hotel of its age. It served our needs.
