We showed up 90 minutes early and they charged me another 30 dollars to check in at 1:30 instead of 3. That is highway robbery. I am an old woman and never in my life have I had to pay to check in early. That is ridiculous and I will never ever ever ever use that hotel chain again before I die. This was the worst hotel in the history of hotel chains. If I was Expedia I would remove them from your system and explain to them that because of their atrocious service they are being removed. My opinion of course. Also the room smelled like cigarettes and we had to complain to mgmt that it smelled like smoke. All in all the worst experience ever.

My vehicle was broken into. Management was not able to accommodate me for my inconvenience nor say if they would be security or a closer watch on the parking lot. I've been a great paying visitor and for this to go unresolved is upsetting!

Great place and staff. Some visitors are from the streets and has odor challenges that linger through the hallways. Some doors need adjustments to not slam so hard. Other than that no complaints
