The hotel is older however it is safe and clean. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and for each shift, everyone was very pleasant - this includes the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance that always said “good morning” whenever I saw them. There is plenty of parking and the lot is very well lit. The breakfast options are plentiful and included waffles, pancakes, eggs, toast, bagels, danish, cereal and fruit every day with other items including sausage, potatoes and biscuits and gravy on a rotation. The beds were very comfortable and we did not have any issues with noise. My only minor issue was the hot water: it took a good 6-7 minutes for the hot water to kick in for the shower and once it did, 2-3 minutes later it was burning hot; this happened no matter what setting I had the temperature on which was a bit frustrating. Aside from the shower issue, we had a great stay and I would book again!

I wanted to visit Chicago, Illinois with my family and booked a reservation at this hotel that was not too far from that city. It was an excellent experience, clean rooms, friendly staff, great service, free breakfast, free parking and beautiful location. I will save thks hotel as favorite and will definitely use them again every time I visit Chicago. I highly recommend this hotel!
