We didn’t receive any upgrades. It says there is free breakfast, but was never told about it and never saw it. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we didn’t get clean cups, towels or coffee. Had to call down for it. The room had a nice view and was spacious. Would have loved to be on a higher floor. Being a Expedia platinum member doesn’t seem to do much of anything. Not receiving any upgrades at the hotels we stay at.

Our problem was not with the hotel, but with Expedia. When we arrived at hotel Sunday, they had not received reservation from Expedia. I tried contacting Expedia but I was only able to communicate via virtual message and they said my reservation had already started, so they did not do anything about it. Of course reservation had started, I was checking in! Or trying to. I had to buy another night on my own. This had never happened to us. Very disappointed in Expedia. I’ve used Expedia for over 30 years, but if they don’t fix this for me, I won’t use them again.
