My wife & I spent a 4 day weekend at the Swissotel & it was the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. The staff, specifically Kia, Joseph, and Bailey were more than accommodating & friendly. The hotel is right on the riverfront & extremely close to restaurants & shops. We can’t wait to go back to Chicago & stay at the Swissotel

Chicago’s Swissôtel offers all the amenities of a large conference type hotel and are staffed to accommodate each guest’s needs. Despite what may appear as a great deal of coming and going, I still felt that personal touch for which the Swissotel is known. One suggestion: Have your marketing team correctly pinpoint the address location…at least with the maps app on iPhone.

The location is very convenient - a short walk to attraction such as Millennium Park, the Art Institute, Navy Pier, and the Miraculous Mile. I got a wonderful room, it was clean and very quiet. The gym is wonderful but it would be great if there were yoga mats in addition to the equipment offered. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a shame that the Palm doesn't have a better view, it's very dark and cave-like, though the food and wine were great. I don't like the $25/day fee for things I never used. For example, I have a personal hotspot so I didn't need the $15/day charge for internet services. Overall, I had a great visit and an enjoyable stay.

Large rooms and a quiet hotel (our experience in April of 2025). The hotel is connected to the Pedway if you happen to visit during extreme weather. It was a nice to walk all the way to Michigan Ave without having to step outdoors. We discovered this in our own. It would have been helpful if one or the staff had shared this with us. But, then again, they didn’t know our plans and we didn’t ask. Second or third time staying here and would return without hesitation.
