The lady in the front counter when I walked in the hotel she greeted me ask me to check in and I was surprised because I thought it was only available till 3:00 p.m. but the room was available early so I checked it early and she was helpful I wish I knew her name I don't. I would recommend Swissotel to everybody.

The hotel is a great hotel. I stayed there many times the room is clean. The problem is and I hope you guys go check it out. My room was extremely hot even when I had it at 65°. It was extremely hot. There has an HVAC issue the problem is obviously I’m not in my room all day I’m out and about and then I come back in the night. It was kind of warm and I hope you guys go check out this room cause it was really uncomfortable and I hope you guys don’t go through this with other people. I should be calling Swiss hotel, letting them know But yeah you guys should check it out. Check it out 3614 is the unit extremely extremely extremely uncomfortable at night. Everything else about the hotel is great but this technical issue of the HVAC and pretty much ruined. My experience and one of the concierge was extremely rude when I spoke to him on the phone, but I guess that’s just normal.

I really appreciate the excellent service, from valet, to front desk, cleaning staff and restaurants. The views are next to none and you can walk everywhere. I always stay at the Swiss and this trip hasn’t disappointed.

The hotel is in a perfect location to walk on the riverfront, visit a multitude of restaurants, shops and the navy pier. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It's easy to get a cab at any time of the day. I would stay there again.
