I stated here as an staycation, I had really high expectations. The entrance was great, they greet us with Fiji waters all good. The room, not so much. It was 8/10 clean, the lamps had a sort of glue on them both sides, and the bed was bent and broken in the middle. We did let them know and they did offer a discount, which I really appreciate it. But the experience overall was a 8/10

Love, Love, Love this Hotel!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Very chic but reasonably priced. Location was perfect, just minutes away from the restaurant we had dinner at and the concert venue. Will definitely be staying here again, next time I'm in Chicago!

The rooms are filthy. I had to ask 4 times for towels because they were dirty!!!! And the woman in the lobby had the nerve to hang up the phone on me while I was talking!!! They are dirty, rude and unprofessional!!!
