For the caliber and price, the property was not clean/upkept enough. The phone in our room didn't work and the faucet leaked. The elevator tracks are super dirty and the lobby rug perimeter is filthy. It's clear that the floor is mopped surrounding the rug so all the debris gets stuck to the perimeter of the rug. The rug needs to be moved periodically and cleaned around/under it.

The only thing that I seem to have issues with each time I stay there is the parking garage and paying for parking. It doesn’t seem to work when trying to pay either at the exit structure or this time at the scan machine prior to exiting the hotel. Other than that everything was great!

I think the location. The property itself is fine, except for the parking garage is over sold and dirty. Our room was a few floors above the bar so we could hear the boom boom of the music until 2AM. That was not good at all.
