Not sure what VIP treatment was but the room was nice other than no light bulb in the doorway along with the switches not working. The staff was ok and the room was comfy.

This room was great! The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but the pull-out was awful. I use a motorized scooter to get around, and there was plenty of room to park it in our room to charge. The whole building was clean, and the area by the elevators smelled of vanilla! The hallway that led to the elevator for the restaurant and bar area had a different scent, but it smelled delightful. When we checked in, the front desk staff was kind and helpful. The only staff we had an issue with was the staff at the bar area. They wouldn't let me drive my scooter around and look at the area. They kept telling me I needed to sit at a table. No one was even up there! They kept following me around like I was some schmuck that wasn't paying to stay there. Otherwise, everyone else was very kind. We had a great stay here!

The property overall is beautiful. The staff were very attentive and it is obvious that they put a lot of effort into keeping things not only clean but sanitized. I rated it a 3 because even though it looks wonderful, we are also looking for a little more. We were disappointed that we were unable to have dinner ther due to Maintence issues which is understandable. We were looking forward to that for Valentine’s Day weekend. We weren’t fond of the lack of water pressure. Hotels are pricy and with that it would be nice to be able to take a decent shower. The hotel does offer complimentary soaps, shampoos, and conditioner that smelled awesome! Lastly, if a lot of tourist are staying here it would be beneficial to have a water machine with the ice machines. Walking to a store to carry waters back isn’t ideal. Thank you to the awesome staff!
