Friendly service went above expectations. It's obvious their goal is make your stay as nice as possible. If you treat the staff with kindness and respect, they'll do everything in their power to make it a great visit. Rooms are clean and functioned as expected. Cold a/c, comfortable beds, and solid breakfast with door county coffee. They have made a repeat visitor of me because of great value for a very pleasant experience. Even if you don't get a room with a balcony, there are several outdoor spaces to enjoy, and a room with books/games.

The room was very clean and comfortable. They also had a BOGO drink special at the bar for guest. The WiFi was good also. If I had a complaint it would only be that the tv was not a smart tv other than that everything was excellent.

This is a non-smoking property, which is great. Very quiet and clean hotel. Continental breakfast is good. Room was spotless, including bathtub and shower curtain. There is an Aldi’s next door. Will definitely be staying there again.

Staff was kind. Room was nice and big. I was surprised that there weren't any little shelves in tbe shower to hold shampoo, etc. The parking is strange considering it's in 3 different lots. A ramp instead of stairs on the backside near the parking lots would be helpful when it comes to roller bags. Food was hot and plentiful. I loved that they gave out bottled water on check-in!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, every detail is coordinated throughout the building. Staff was very welcoming when we arrived. Common Hotel breakfast was served, and staff was friendly. We travel through the area often and will plan to return when we're back through again.
