Everything!! I couldn't believe the rating because of the priced - but I took a chance and my wife and I were amazed and pleased! Beautiful hotel. Nice, clean room! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical but the dining room setting really took it up a notch! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The rooms where nothing like what it showcased. It was absolute scam! It was equivalent to a motel 6. Let me make it easier to picture image a wedding venue at a motel 6, the only reason for this is the way Expedia made the rooms look as well as Google it was completely false! The rooms are nothing like what you buy!

I waited 20 min to check in when i located a staff member she told me to wait because she was making coffee. At breakfast I asked if I could get a cup of ice and was told to go to the 2nd floor to get ice. Why would i go to the 2nd floor when i was having breakfast on the first floor a bit inconvient. Otherwise the facility was beautiful and well kept.

When it was time for check out, i got a hard knock on my door. A maintenance guy sqying that he had to come in, because it was 11am andni had to leave. Very rude way of treating customers. Will not go back andndo not recommend.
