I recently stayed at The Langham, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, making check-in quick and easy. We’ve been to many 5 star hotel properties in the area and this is by far the best. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the professional and friendly staff, who made me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay. The service was exceptional everyone was attentive, warm, and truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and functionality. One area for improvement, however, would be the pool. While the facility is gorgeous and relaxing, it would be great if there were a designated kids' section on a different level or other separate space. It would allow families with younger children to enjoy the pool in a way that's comfortable for everyone. Anytime we wanted to use the pool it was packed with little kids. It would be nice to have an adult section. Overall, The Langham Chicago is an outstanding hotel, with a combination of luxurious accommodations and incredible service that sets it apart. I look forward to returning soon!
