This was a great choice, in a great little neighborhood. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a neighborhood with plenty of food and drink choices. All the basics are within walking distance and there is a killer Irish bar next door. Shout out to The Embassy next door, great people!

The suite was just what we need for our few days in town for a music festival. The hotel was very nice. Bed was very comfy. The area was very cute and the hotel was quiet. We definitely checked out the places in the local guide and were impressed. Only negative was parking, but that was to be expected and they gave advice. They were very helpful and responsive when we reached out for assistance prior to check out. I would definitely book here again

The property is a lovely choice to stay while paying a visit in Chicago. Its apartment style and self-check-in made my stay convenient and safe. Very good modern property next to a large park and near a freeway. Parking is on nearby streets; not bad but not great. They are turning off the water for 7 hours one day to make repairs. Communication is very good. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Italian getaway

Staying here was absolutely fantastic! πŸ’• The location in Little Italy could not have been more perfect – right in the middle of such a charming neighborhood. I loved wandering around all the cute shops, cozy cafes, and authentic restaurants. The atmosphere of the town was amazing and felt so alive. 🌸🍝 The hotel itself was just as wonderful – my room was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. Honestly, it felt like a little home away from home. The vibes were cozy but still chic, and everything about my stay felt thoughtful and welcoming. If you’re looking for a spot that makes it easy to explore the heart of Little Italy while also giving you a relaxing, beautiful space to come back to – this is the place. Highly recommend!

Little Italy Review

After having a rough first night trying to find a place to stay in Chicago, this hotel was a godsend. Everything was very nicely decorated, very clean and check-in worked perfectly. We especially loved the book provided, with tips for sightseeing and places to eat in the neighborhood! The amenities were a huge plus as well, having access to a full kitchen and a washer dryer combo really made the place feel like a home for the time of our visit in Chicago. Thanks to the hotel and the housekeeping team in Chicago for the hospitality. If I ever have the pleasure of visiting this City again, I know where I will stay!

Disappointed and Pricey

Pros - staff responded by text quickly to questions; cleaning staff is nice Cons - mattresses very soft - led to back pain and sleepless nights; location does not feel safe at night; next to bar so saw drunk people walking out multiple nights; location not ideal or close to the museums or nicer restaurants; bathroom shower area very small while bathroom itself is very large - floors can get wet easily from the shower; sofa bed was tilted making it difficult for children to sleep; pricey - not a great value vs other options in the city; no staff on site - if you need extra towels or pillows or blankets if asked in afternoon or later, you have to wait til the next day to receive; didnt feel kid friendly. May be we just got a bad unit. Just unfortunately very disappointed with this stay.
