The first room we checked into was not properly cleaned and the shower water pressure was so slow and did not work properly. Following our complaint, the hotel manager was prompt and responsive and he upgraded us to a beautiful clean suite with lovely views. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back.

The hotel was gorgeous and is staffed by incredible people. Floyd at the desk was incredibly helpful and attentive, and everyone else, from housekeeping to the kitchen, were obviously working very hard to make everyones' experience wonderful. My wife and I rarely get to get away, and our 20th anniversary was made incredibly special by The Peninsula.
