We liked the hotel and the location was right for this trip. The cafe was closed during our stay. Dailey “destination fee” was a bogus and deceptive feature. $26 per night for virtually zero value.

This is our third stay. It’s convenient for family get togethers. If you need to be in the Bucktown/Wicker Park area it’s a great place to stay. Very walkable to shops and dining. Wonderful staff. It’s our go to hotel.

Really lovely staff here and comfortable rooms. They are lacking a little personality with no decor but are well appointed and nice. Must try the restaurant, Cafe Robey. Hotel is right next to the super convenient train line. Also, great area because you’re in a lively spot that feels like real Chicago but not in the hubbub and tourist centric downtown. Be wary if you arrive early, no guarantee of early check-in and if you arrive on Friday the front desk might be overwhelmed with event/wedding and hotel guests checking in. Still, really enjoyed my stay here!
