Very comfortable beds in a quiet and very clean hotel that is located in a walkable area of Chicago that made shopping and dining easy and fun. Only complaint was that in March, it was cold (66* inside our room) and the facilities had turned off the heating system already. It was VERY uncomfortably cold in that room

I liked being in a small hotel in downtown relatively close to the river, good eating and shopping. On the downside, two clerks gave me incorrect directions and the guests in neighboring rooms could be heard talking and laughing although not understandable. Elevators were small but relatively prompt. Overall I liked my stay.

I loved the location and the price, the rooms, hallways, elevator are all very small and narrow. Its a great hotel if all you need is a place to sleep, although the beds and pillows were slightly uncomfortable, and street noise was loud.

Great location for exploring the area. The bath towels need to be replaced, they were hard as rocks. Noisy all day and night (due to location). Besides Alicia (the lady that checked me in), no one spoke or greeted me. Won’t return to this property.
