The room was hot so I turned up the AC and it was making a very loud knocking noise and I couldn’t sleep comfortably, the noise kept waking me up and I couldn’t sleep. There was a convention going on and it was full of people everywhere at all times! They should mention that before you proceed to stay there. The parking lot was full!

There was a huge event going on at the property that I was not aware of prior to booking. There were kids running up and down the hallways, yelling and screaming and slamming doors at all hours of the night. The kids were not accompanied by any adults. It was a chaotic and not an enjoyable stay. I get they probably paid a great amount to book with the property, however you have other guests there as well to consider.
