This hotel is definitely in an upscale area. Many luxury brand store near by. The hotel itself is on the older side, rooms are a bit too dark we requested a microwave and they brought it. Great complementary breakfast! Room was overall clean.

Hotel is very good overall. Clean room, good breakfast. Half of the staff is very friendly and helpful, the other half acts like they are doing you a favor and don't put any effort on being nice. Hotel has no parking and the one they reference is not 24 hours (and in my case, they didn't mention it and I ended up paying 2 USD 55 overnight parking for my first night because of that, so that was my big frustration with my stay there.

A good spot to stay and be able to get around Chicago. The room was nice and the staff was accommodating to requests. It sometimes took a few extra calls but they would be fulfilled.

The staff was very friendly. The room was cold, though. The thermostat would not go higher than 68 even if you tried to put it higher.
