Highly recommend! Great location, nice clean hotel. Rooms are small but was fine for the two of us. We walked to Navy Pier in about 20-25 minutes. Breakfast could have been better 😐 . Overall would stay here again!

I liked the ambiance of the hotel, it brought a sense of history and thoughts of whom might have stayed there! The only issue was waiting for the hot water in the shower the first 2 days. I'm thinking that it had to do with some work that was going on in the alleyway. Otherwise, it was wonderful and will recommend it to others!

This is my third time staying at the Whitehall. Overall it was a good experience but the staff wasn’t too friendly and out of our 5 day stay the cleaning service only showed up once.

The location is fabulous. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. The only criticism I have is the shower head was very low, I’m 5’3” and had to duck under to wash my hair.
