The elevator was terribly slow. We waited 45 minutes on a Sunday to check out. We had a stroller so stairs were not an option. Beware of slow elevator times if you are on a lower floor. By the time the elevator, came to my floor, it was full from guests on a higher level.

There was only one elevator working on a very busy Saturday night. It took 5-7 tries to get on an elevator to go up or down because each time the elevator car was extremely full. We took the stairs a couple times and we were on the 10th floor - not ideal. Also the nearly see through door to the bathroom was strange. It’s fine for a couple seeing into the shower but less fine when someone is using the toilet. The bed was comfortable, modernly decorated, and the room was clean. We had a nice view outside our window.

The hotel is nice I like ot and the location is good. This is actually not my first time but I stayed in a room in floor 5 which the water for the bathroom is very cold i was freezing. Unlike the upper floors the water works well.

How can you have a property of this size with ONE working elevator. Every time we left our room was stressful wondering if we would get an elevator. WE walked down 9 flights of stairs with luggage when we checked out. They could have either warned us beforehand or had someone working the freight elevator to help out. This was a horrible experience.
