Broken shower knob, leaking shower, bathtub would not drain, mold in the bathtub, fan in the bathroom does not work, lights next to the bed do not work, tv in the mirror does not work, blood stain on the bed sheet cover. Thought it would be an entirely different experience. After checking in at 4:30pm we checked out at 12:45am due to these issues. Canceled the spa appointment and asked for full refund. I was told I would not be charged for anything, yet Im down roughly $1,600 still. Will never go back.
