Absolutely amazing property! We really loved the location as well. the ONLY knock I'd give it is that I went down to get a Bell Cart for luggage, and I'm fairly certain the gal sent him to the wrong room, so we had to haul our stuff down. Otherwise, amazing place!

The hotel location is excellent and hardware ok, but the service is not up to the 5-star standard. We were not be able to check in until 5:30pm, 1.5 hours after the promised 4pm time. The front desk clerks were not well trained, total lack of smile, proper greetings, and empathy.
