Arrived on time for 3:00 check in. Room not ready. Went to bar to wait, sat down and waited 15 minutes while the bartender and restaurant manager passed by repeatedly.
Checked on room availability at 3:30, not ready. Asked for manager, see accountability on their end, no apologies, only blamed their housecleaning crew. Don’t make your staffing problem and inability to turnover the hotel the customers problem. And if you do, be apologetic and make it right.
Had an event to get ready for so ended up taking an alternative low floor room, big mistake. Wedding happening 10 feet below our window. Luckily we were gone most of the evening, but when we returned it was nothing but bass and people screaming until 11. They moved inside and the music noise continued until after midnight. Also discovered the gym was immediately below our room. Woke up at 5AM both mornings to a Frankenstein running on the treadmill.
Found dirty earplugs on the floor of our room, hardly any towels, nothing to stir the coffee with, and stains in the furniture. For the money, we were very unimpressed.
At checkout we called in our valet ticket, waited 25 minutes to go downstairs. Waited another 20 minutes after for our car. 45 minutes in total!
Go elsewhere, do not pass go, do not collect $200. Horrible stay.
