We were always greeted with hospitality and warmth. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very centrally located and had an awesome, beautiful rooftop pool and bar. Also, has a lovely curbside restaurant with great food and drinks and an outdoor area. Room was good size and restful.

Fantastic Aria for shopping and dining. The beach is close, too. The only negative I can say is we try to valet our car and there were two cars in front of the hotel and we could not even pull up behind them. We had to drive to the closest parking garage and park and we’ll our luggage to the hotel. Other than that, it was a perfect day!

The room was quite beautiful but there were no robes which would’ve expected. The breakfast was pedestrian nothing special and the server was not good. The front desk staff was excellent. The pool has no umbrellas so it wasn’t possible to use it as it was full sun all day. The outdoor couches on main level were welcome. The restaurant around the corner Maple and Ash.

i had been planning my first solo trip ever to Chicago for almost two years, and for those whole 2 years i knew for a FACT i was staying at the Viceroy. AND THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Staff was soooo friendly and really make you feel right at home. I felt so comfortable here. Also in the most PERFECT area. "Why are you going to Chicago isn't it dangerous" babes i'm staying next to a Prada, try again. I will 10000%be staying at the Viceroy for my future Chicago trips 💕
