Fourth time staying here. I love this hotel! Very convenient! Right next to navy pier for fun! Right my Michigan street for shopping! Minutes a way from Ramen San Deluxe, Starbucks, Wildberry pancakes, & other amazing restaurants for good eating!

I was only able to stay in this hotel for one night. It was OK, the pictures are definitely a bit edited but I should’ve expected that. When I arrived to the hotel from the airport, it was late and the front desk workers said the system was down so I couldn’t even check into my room. That was very frustrating. They did give me a voucher for free breakfast the next day so that was nice. The view of the lake was very nice from my room, but inside the actual room, you know the aesthetics they were nice, however I could tell that the room was a bit dated. The bathroom did not look like the picture at all, but I made the best of it. It was pretty clean & the lobby was very pretty. I don’t know if I would stay here again, but for what it was worth it was cool.

We had to switch hotels upon arrival; so, you can only imagine the stress. But, The Wade staff was helpful and kind. Our hotel had everything we needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time downstairs at the bar. All in all, the experience was a 7/10.

What a beautiful hotel! The customer service was impeccable! Lilly was at the front desk and was amazing answering all of your questions. The staff makes you feel at home. This hotel has the best vibe with people connecting with others at the bar. The bartenders were amazing and can make any drink. The location was convenient to the beach and Navy Pier. You can walk to just about anywhere. I could go on and on about how great this place was and I will definitely be back soon! This hotel is a 10/10!!!Love it!

Chicago stay

Staff was great arrived early room wasn’t ready checked bags front desk called immediately when the room was ready. Great location! view from the room was amazing room was clean. Hot water was hit and miss some times it never showed up. Room definitely needs some maintenance TLC starting to show some issues Overall I recommend it and would stay there again.
