3/5 the stay itself was fine, but the communication left a lot to be desired. I sent a message after checking out that I accidentally left my MacBook charger in the room not necessarily expecting to be returned, but just as a courtesy. Unfortunately, they never acknowledged the message, which came across as unprofessional and unhelpful. That lack of basic communication affected my overall stay.

Room was nicely appointed and spacious, think one bdrm apt with river view, foyer entrance, separate living room and kitchenette with sub zero fridge. Centrally located to beach, shopping, etc. Would definately stay here again. Friendly and helpful staff.

This was the perfect location to be at for downtown Chicago. If you’re visiting from out of town, all the things you would expect to do on your visit here are walkable distance. And spending a little extra for the river view is definitely worth it because the view is beautiful!
