Valet was packed. We had to walk three blocks to park and walk back. Our refrigerator had a lock on it and it didn’t work. We had to throw out our leftovers we brought back from a very expensive dinner we had that night prior to check in. Nobody ever answers the phone at desk. They charged our snacks to the couple in front of us.

Wonderful stay and amazing staff. Satara at the front desk was super helpful and the bellman Charles greeted me with a kind word and warm smile everyday! Juan in the restaurant was very delightful! Room was super clean very nice. Staff was excellent and very helpful. I would give more stars but you can hear everything the walls are very thin to the guy and woman next to 3514 you don’t need to use the bathroom that much it’s insane you need help.
