The front desk gal was helpful & friendly. The hotel was newly renovated and quite clean. The room needed maintenance but was clean. Bathroom light was out, toilet slow to flush, had trouble getting the TV to come on. The biggest inconvenience was the electronic room key system was broken, so I never got a room key. Therefore I had to either prop doors open to exit and return to the room or walk down to the reception desk to be let in. Inconvenient & not safe.

It was good. Nice clean room. Breakfast was no good and pool wasn't heated and was very cold but the rooms are new and nice and seem clean. AC wasn't loud.

Location turned out to not be a good choice because of road work on highway 32 going to and from Chico. The room appeared to be nice but it was a difficult walk up stairs. The sheet had a tear and the toilet hinge area had a brown guck coming from it. There was no ability to take a bath that I had desired after 5 hours on the road.

Decent enough room, comfortable beds, appears to be new carpet which is nice. Disappointed in the “breakfast”, as all they had was sugar filled options, no real protein options for those that need to limit their sugar intake. Other Quality Inns that I’ve stayed at had eggs and such, but not this one. Employees were friendly and helpful.
