we had a good time. The pool was nice and cool. It was very hot there and we needed to cool off. The breakfast had a little to be desired. But all in all it was a nice stay

room was clean and spacious. the exercise room equipment need repair. it is a safety issue you need to address. either fix them or close it. the pool needs upgrading.

The nightly stay rate was a little pricey for the amenities but there's not too many options in Willows. The AC unit in our bathroom didn't work and I did wish the pool room had a bit more circulation, it seemed like the pool was not maintained well and didn't look inviting. The furniture in the room was nice and up to date. The queen beds are comfortable with fresh sheets and nice pillows.

Very spacious room. Needs more light in the corner by the microwave. The chair was not very comfortable. Mattress was very firm. The bathtub was kund of dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom.

They have a guest laundry room and the sign says open from 5 am to 10 pm. At 11 pm I heard a loud noise coming out from the laundry room and some one was using the dryer to dry something making a loud noises. Our room was across from the laundry room and I couldn’t sleep.

Super clean and nice rooms. The staff was super nice and helpful. Only complaint was the fans in the bathroom were weak in one of our room and the other it didn’t work.

Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was really kind and helpful as well. I just wished the fans in the bathroom worked. One of our rooms it didn’t work and in the other was very weak. Also wish there was a little bit of a better variety with the breakfast option at least with milk options and creamers for people who are lactose intolerant.

The pool water was nearly green, perhaps attributable to inadequate filtration. The breakfast section was entirely devoid of food by 8:45 AM on a Saturday. Breakfast service ends at 9am. I asked the supervisor, a Hispanic woman wearing a green vest with long black hair, whether further bagels, yogurt, or coffee would be provided. She said no because it was too much work and cleanup they had to do when there were only 15 minutes left for them to close. However, when a family of white foreigners asked for yogurts, she immediately complied and brought yogurts, and muffins for them. Other than that, the other staff were friendly; and the rooms were clean.

Quality Inn, Willows Ca. The good. Clean, recently remodeled although the parking lot says it’s not new as the sign suggests. Check in let us check in 15 minutes early, which was a big deal as we needed to be in Chico, 45 minutes away at 4PM. Young man with red hair was very cordial and professional in the AM at check out. Single chair in the room was comfortable. The not so good. Room was cramped, it needed to be 2 feet wider, and I'm not a big guy. Shower was no more than lukewarm, I wasn’t shivering, but any colder and I would have been. There was hot water in the room, the sink had hot water, so it was a shower issue, not a building issue, but result was the same. Really, really cheap microwave that you had to hold onto to open the door or else you just pulled the entire thing. And it didn’t heat very well. Breakfast was included, but very modest. One wafflemaker and one toaster, both of which had a line most of the time. Nothing else hot. Hours were listed as 6-9, but at ten til they started shutting things down. 5 small tables for breakfast, the first morning we had to go eat by the indoor pool, the second we were able to grab a table, but barely. Facility looks nice, is very clean and presents itself well. Plenty of parking and even a truck parking area just beyond the regular parking. Overall I’d rate the room as a C+, Breakfast as C-, but the facility as a B to B+. But keep in mind I tend to grade harshly. Would I stay again, probably.

It’s a private room and not much more

There is no sound insulation. The actual room is not as nice as the picture suggests. The bathtub was dirty and the room was cramped. The bathroom sink is outside the bathroom. The breakfast is the typical fare, but with fewer options.

20 years ago it was the new Baymont Inn…. It had gotten pretty worn and unattractive….Quality Inn purchased and renovated the entire property… it is now clean and fresh and a nice place to stay for the night in Willows.

Nice facility

Front desk was friendly and professional, check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and well prepared. Lighting at the vanity was quite poor. Sink faucet will splash you if you turn it on too far. Breakfast was good.
