The staff is great. Breakfast gal is on point always a smile and most accommodating! Our housekeeper was terrific too! The 'dirty bird' situation under the awning is MOST disturbing!! My car was, to put is lightly, bombed by birds with a definite digestive problem. Maybe some type of deterrant to them roosting above the cars would be beneficial. $20 car was two days in a row!!

Friendly staff, great breakfast, ridiculously comfortable bed and the fluffiest pillows ever. My only gripe is the pool. It was full of rowdy kids until closing time at 10. Maybe an adult swim hour? I really needed that pool in the Oroville heat.

Expedia is the worst 3rd party company to book through they booked my room in the wrong town and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE just keep giving you a run around with phone numbers and automated recordings still cant get ahold of them or a refund never again i encourage everyone to go through anyone other than Expedia.com 0/10

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and it took them a while to come out to greet us and check us in. Then when we got up to our room, there was only one king size bed instead of two queens. This was reserved on the app and I did not think I needed to call ahead to double check. Our family of 4+ Grandma cannot fit in one king size bed. The attendant offered a rollaway bed, but did not help assemble any of the bedding and we had to request bedding for the pullout sofa and make that bed as well.

Hello, I got two rooms, 331 and 330 for one night, I stayed at 330 the room had a smell like mold Maybe the AC filter, the but drain was clogged and during my shower was filling up not very inconvenient, also the vanity sink was clogged, we moved the long chair and was not clean under the chair.
