I didn't really like anything about that hotel. A very simple breakfast, uncomfortable beds and the worst, a very dirty room. The maid does not change sheets, in fact she does not even dust them! By mistake I left a napkin on my bed when I was watching TV the night before and the next night I found it right there, between the sheets. The rugs were very dirty, stained and like never vacuumed. I kindly asked front desk for a better cleaning in some areas, mainly the bathroom and even then I could not notice any improvement on the second day cleaning. I also had to park my car out side on the street over night because their parking lot is far away.
Beautiful rooms, amazing hotel and the staff was helpful, smart and informative about the history of the building. I love it there and will definitely be back to visit!

Dark place, old, and there was hair in the room's floor. I told reception and they came to clean up.
Good location and confortable bed. the bed was clean.
Beautiful little boutique hotel in newly restored historic building. Friendly and helpful staff, uniquely decorated rooms and fantastic central location. Walking distance to many sights, cafes and restaurants.
The hotel is a renovated historic building which oozes with charm and is in a very convenient location in Centro Historico. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend the Doroteo.
