Room was great and the staff was decent. Problem is with parking. Youre not given any indication as to who can and cant park there until after you're checked in. If you have a trailer of any kind, they ask you to park at Walmart which is a decent walk. Would be a bit scary after dark for many people. Bad business to have more hotel rooms than your parking lot will accommodate

Need access road but loved our 2 day stay.
We have family there and now wonder why we never have stayed here. The suite was reasonably priced, comfortable, and everything we needed was right there. We really enjoyed our stay, and have stayed at pretty much all of them in Childress. I really do not understand why this property doesn’t have a private road entrance from the highway! Dodging 18 wheelers and others because you are forced into Walmart parking lot to get in our out of Holiday Inn is not cool. My only complaint.

The hotel its self was not bad at all, but somehow the hotel lost hot water and then they shut the water to the entire hotel and didnt inform, apologize or try to accommodate to anyone for their lack of hospitality. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Quite area no other complaints other than the inconvenience and lack of communication.

Just passing through from a Visit to Denver. We’ve stayed here in the past but the hotel is feeling a little tired. It seems to get a lot of corporate visitors, linemen, people getting certified for work - not just travelers. It seems like a revamping was coming up….

Little run down town was just passing through heading home from a trip they offer zero big truck or trailer parking told us we had to park at Walmart. Our first room door lock didn’t work they quickly changed us rooms over all for the the little town it was ok. They need to lower the price though
