Great place, fantastic staff.

Had limited parking which required coordination but worked out. Didn't realize staff needed to meet you on arrival as the reception is not staffed all the time. It was fine but made for a bit chaotic check-in when it was not planned. The room was nice but we were in the front of the hotel and it was a bit loud from other guests coming and going at night.

Everything was spotless! Sarah was an excellent host! She not only takes care of the room but make sure you enjoy around the area with practical information from where to eat to where to go for tours! The place is quiet and conveniently close to major places within walking distance. I will love to comeback!

La estancia en Almasur fue impecable, la Habitación muy cómoda, tal cual muestran las fotografías. Insonorización y calefacción perfectas. Ubicación excelente. El personal muy cordial. La estación de cortesía (agua, té y café) se valora. Muy recomendable.
