The only issues I had with the entire stay was the room key not working on the elevator it was extremely annoying to operate the elevator with the room key

The general manager was working the front desk was trying to refuse me service do to my disability. I told him I had a service animal to which he replied it's an ESA and not a service animal. I showed him state documentation for the animal and he still tried telling me it's an ESA

They need hair nets or hats and please use gloves one person uses fingers to put sausage into the ste table , anothers hair is flying everywere , hair in oatmeal.

The room was clean and you can tell they take pride in the facility. Unfortunately a construction crew was staying at the same time we were and the place was dirtier than normal. We typically stay here once or twice a year visiting family and the place is very well maintained. We will be back.
