There was absolutely no hot water! When I went to the front desk to ask about this issue I was told they already knew and it was due to some sort of leak that has been an issue. No apology, no concern, no alternative solutions to address the problem. It seems very unprofessional and unsanitary to not have hot water for guests. And if they were already aware of the issue why aren't the guests notified when upon checking in. I also didn't feel comfortable eating the breakfast because how are they cleaning utensils and equipment with no hot water and no care. Being charged full price is wildly inappropriate to not have offerings of basic needs, hot water should be included, should it not. The lack of care and treatment for the issue was absolutely unacceptable.

Beds are so high up you need a step stool in get in and they slide. Had to brace mattress to be able to sit up and lean back so it didn't slide. Water in shower luke warm on full hot. Toilet had no flush power. Broken lamp in corner of room needs taken out or replaced. Ok continental breakfast.

The hotel staff is great! The overall stay was acceptable, but the hotel is in desperate need of updates. The continental breakfast was what you expect. The beds are comfortable, but are on a high platform making it difficult to get into.

Front desk staff was good at check in. Place is dated, tub was stained from the usage, rest of room was good. Breakfast was inexcusable. Cold eggs and sausage, other standard items missing, never experienced anything like it.
