Know the LAWS

The manager tried to charge my son 100 cleaning fee; even tho we paid with a card. When I called to complain he stated he was the manager and could do whatever he wanted.

Cheapest in town. Should cost less

One bed wasn't made. Blood on a pillow case. Soap was open from wrapper and used. Used towel on a table. Staff is not friendly, rooms should be cheaper.

Expedia’s ad said Full breakfast included. They serve NO breakfast. The room was in terrible condition and we begged Expedia for a refund but they wouldn’t give it; claimed front desk refused it. We decided we’re not staying there even if we don’t get a refund. So we went to tell front desk. He immediately offered us another room and if that wasn’t good enough, he’d give us a full refund. We lost our confidence in Expedia.

Mold on the table lamp and unusable freezer. Neighbor has trash cans strewn in front of the unit.no pictures on the walls. At least the WiFi works and the bed seems clean.

No lampshade on lamp, picture on the floor, sheets towels dirty and stained, tub was not "updated", the chair was falling apart and almost dumped my roommate out of it and was ripped. Let desk person know upon check out. Not even an apology.

Rodeway inn is okay but can be better

Stay there was okay, I have seen them cleaning the rooms and saw gray water in their buckets. Room smelled like bug spray the whole time I was there. Are cards work sometimes then we have to go reactive the cards and they asked us if Friday was are last day and we say no not until Monday

The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and personable. The room that I was given was absolutely filthy. Someone obviously stayed in it and nobody cleaned it prior to me arriving. The man who checked me in was very polite and gave me another room. The second room that I was given wasn't much better, but decided that I could clean it and stay for the night. The air conditioner doesn't work in this room so we sweated all night. I didn't bring this to the property employees because I spent 4 hours cleaning this room and I wasn't going to be moved to yet another room that I would have to clean. This will be the only time that I will ever stay here. On top of everything I was charged 30.00 for my two malshi dogs who could never make this room look any worse then it did prior to me cleaning it. I own a cleaning business and should charge this place for the 4 hours worth of cleaning that my partner and I did so we could actually bathe and use the toilet

Worst place I ever stayed

The room was extremely hot checking in smelt horrible. After being there a week there were tons of roaches, I had to buy air fresheners for room. They came in room twice to make bed take trash out. Didn’t leave no toilet paper and I believe they folded the same towels as they were not cleaned or look clean. Second time they came they turned my air off, I came from work to an extremely hot room took over 1 hr to kool. U can hear everything from walls. I had someone knocking on my door several times at 1:30am. Last night people next to me fought from 2am till 5:30 am
