The hotel is immaculate and located in a dream-like setting on a beautiful lake. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful, the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. An awesome on-sight museum not to be missed

Overall the staff and room were very clean and maintained. The bathroom was the only issue I had. There was a small smell of mildew and the air extractor was horrible when on. RM 203. Love the pool!

Great environment and it was so peaceful. Meals were great!

A beautiful oasis close to the park- beautiful rooms right in the jungle. I saw several toucans on the property, turkeys, and at night you can hear howler monkeys. The staff was incredibly helpful and they can arrange airport pick up and drop offs and tours to the park. Edward at the front desk was very helpful answering all my questions and gave me great advice for the park. The restaurant at the hotel is fantastic and the food was amazing. Highly recommend!
