We are so glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Taichung — it truly exceeded our expectations! I wish we could have extended our stay by a few more days. From the moment you enter the lobby, the thoughtful interior design stands out. Every space, from the elegant lobby and stylish lounge to our beautifully appointed room, showcases artistic flair and meticulous attention to detail. Our room was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We also appreciated the nice selection of freebies provided. We loved every minute of our time here and would happily return to this hotel on any future trip to Taichung. Highly recommended!

I am soooo glad the rooms are clean and comfortable except there is no safe box and the AC was either broken or set too low. No matter we did, we could not adjust the AC. We were freezing and had to put on extra clothes while sleeping. The carpet outside the rooms was gross. The public bathrooms on the sixth floor were disgusting. Even though it is located at the most ideal location, I will NEVER go back despite the staff were really nice and helpful!
