The receptionists and the valets are very helpful. Charbel at the front desk is an outstanding customer service and front desk operator. The staff all over were very friendly and nice. Air conditioning was good for me; I like low temperature 18C is good enough for me. The room was cleaned every time I hanged the sign "Make room please" As far as business friendly probably a desk set up in the room will be helpful to use computers while sitting. I reserved the most economical rate since I was not planning to use the room daytime, it was for sleeping and showering before bed and upon rising. Next trip I will plan some vacation days and enjoy the property and the surroundings with a view to the bay of Jounieh and its amazing sunset.

Arthaus is a beautiful hotel with incredibly kind and helpful staff. We truly felt welcome and taken care of. The property itself is stunning and representative of Lebanese history. Will definitely come back.

Great service

Staff was great. I was upgraded to a suite with no additional cost. The staff, especially the man at the front desk reception was genuinely interested in what I saw and did. Very friendly, welcoming, and courteous and made my stay pleasant. The driver they called to pick me up at the airport in the early morning upon my departure was very nice and arrived early. I am impressed with the hotel staff.

I definitely would recommend staying here. The staff were very helpful, and very accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious and the pricing was fair, the coffee was absolutely amazing! On top of these, the decor and nature around the hotel are stunning. The rooms were super clean, and very spacious. The bathrooms in the rooms had everything you could ever need! There are many events that the hotel hosts, there’s something for everyone. 10/10
