Good base to explore the region or as a handy stop just off the autoroute. Comfortable but lackin a bit of atmosphere.

We stayed two night and as it were, we stayed in two separate rooms. The first room was nice but lacked a coffee marker. The second night we stayed in a privilege room which was slightly larger and had a sofa. The restaurant was closed but the bistro was open. Overall, a pleasant stay but nothing exceptional.
We have stayed here a few times over the years, but not for some time. We had previously stayed in the original building, but this time in the ‘new’ to us rooms - actually built in about 2000! Whilst the rooms in the main building offer more character, the newer ones are more comfortable, and have air conditioning.
For us the main reason to come here is the food. It has always been good but has definitely gone up a level. The service is also exemplary.
The house is set in spacious gardens with ample parking. An oasis of calm!

Imposing old house set in charming grounds. Excellent dining and breakfast. Aircon didn’t work properly in room which was annoying as it was hot. Rooms not in old house but modern annexe
Stayed at the hotel and ate at their other restaurant so we could take the dog. Both excellent.Quite difficult to find but the other restaurant is only 15-20 mins walk down quiet roads.Comfortable bed and quiet rooms.
This is an excellent hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel has a great, Michelin starred restaurant. We have stayed stayed here 4 times on our way down to Provence, and would recommend it highly. This time we tried their Bistro about 800 meters from the hotel but found it disappointing, and next time we stay will dine in their (hotel) restaurant again.
Lovely hotel room. Friendly resident swan in a small pond as you approach the building. Manon at front desk was exceptionally nice and extremely helpful in so many ways. Had dinner first night at sister hotel's restaurant, Le Cottage. Very good informal bistrot. Last night dinner was at the Domaine's Michelin 1 star restaurant. Excellent food and the chef/owner was extremely personable. Location a few minutes from the N7 made it a short trip to Ampuis, Condrieu and Vienne. Overall, we were extremely happy with the hotel.
Stunning hotel, beautiful location. Staff friendly. Food was superb! This was our little bit of indulgence and the meal in the restaurant was quite simply the best we have had..compliments to the chef.
Large, comfortable room, huge bed, lovely patio. Wonderful breakfast. Be sure to reserve dinner at The Cottage- the food was Devine! Take home a bottle of Chartreuse to remind you of this special place
Beautiful peaceful setting. Rooms were lovely but we had asked for one large bed and ended up with twin beds all be it pushed together. Bedding and duvets were for single beds. so marks off. Food was excellent. Cheese board to die for.
The hotel was beautiful and clean except for ants in the bath. However they took in the terrace cushions about 9 pm on a balmy Friday night with a full moon and then turned out the exterior lights before 10 pm. I would say that unless you plan to go to bed early don't go here.
We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was situated in a quiet remote location. Our room was in an outside block, it was very comfortable and clean. the evening meal which we had to take because we were so far away from any town was excellent and at a price that you would expect for the service and cuisine provided.
