The property has 24/7 reception. Great views to the river and good access to tourist attractions and downtown. Staff are very helpfull and friendly. The restaurant and breakfasts arrangement are generous and provide a great break fast variety. We would stay here again, great facilities and room layout. We had the best stay at Somerset - hands down the BEST! They upgraded us to a 2-bedroom suite and it was enormous! The view of the Yangtze was magical. I didn’t want to leave the room - I just wanted to sit by the window and watch the river flow. Everything in the room worked perfectly. The beds were super comfortable. The pool is a major perk- so is the robot that delivers drinks and snacks. Definitely order something from the robot! I’ll always stay at this hotel when I’m in Chongqing. It honestly felt like home.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. We booked a room for 3 people and they gave us an extra twin bed. The staff are also nice. The security guards at the front always help us with our baggage as we had a lot.

The staff here has excellent attitude in helping guest to resolve their issue. We left a jacket in one of the Didi ride. Fiona helped me to navigate through the complex process of reterieving a lost item through the Didi app as a local phone number was required. We managed to get back our jacket. Kudos to Fiona and the team!

Room was very big! Got the studio premier and it exceeded our expectations, didn’t expect there to be lots of space and even a washer/dryer duo in the room. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a good mix of Chinese and Western food. Staff was extremely helpful and spoke some English. Not a far drive from the main areas but still far enough to be nice and quiet. Highly recommend!
