Overall a good stay, however they need to work on the internet connection. Really inconsistent.

Very helpful and welcoming staff throughout our stay. Our room (sold as a suite) was spacious enough for three adults, with direct access to a small ground-floor area overlooking the swimming pool. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and having both a sofa and sofa bed was a nice bonus. One thing that really impressed me was the air conditioning—it was incredibly quiet, which makes a huge difference on hot summer nights. Only two minor issues: we noticed some ants in the bathroom, and the light fitting above the sink could have been cleaner. Neither was a deal-breaker. My only friendly criticism would be the breakfast. It wasn’t bad, but it felt quite basic for this type of hotel. There were boiled eggs, omelette, bacon, Frankfurter sausages, bread, cheese, cereals and loukoumades with chocolate. However, the orange juice came from a machine fed by a carton, which felt a little odd, and unfortunately the taste wasn’t great. I was hoping for a more premium breakfast experience with freshly squeezed juice, Eggs Benedict(?), and fresh croissants with butter, almond cream or chocolate. Also maybe a “choriatiki” tyropita?? Overall, the positives easily outweighed the negatives, and I’d happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed the all-inclusive part of the resort. The reservation-only restaurant at the resort was terrible, but the buffet was consistently good. Probably would have stayed a couple of days less than we did so we could explore more than we did, but it was a nice time. The views can’t be beat, and the weather is perfect for the beach and pool.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It is quite literally the ideal location to get to Kalamaki Beach, which is the nicest beach in the area. The room was well suited to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. And they had good options for breakfast. We also have to say that this hotel has a great staff supporting it. We appreciated that everyone working at reception was extremely kind and very attentive to all guests. Great value. Ideal location. Helpful staff.

Amazing stay at Ark Hotel. The customer service was excellent, everyone went above and beyond and really catered to our needs. Interacted with Costas, Penelope and Lisianna who were honestly the most kindest and generous people, always happy to fulfil our requests. I would recommend using the services the hotel provides e.g. the massage services or the excursions they offer as the service is wonderful and it actually turns out to be the most cost effective personally. There’s a few good spots about 10mins from the hotel which offer beautiful food and desserts. Furthermore I was more pleased with this hotel and staff as I requested a private suite due to my religious obligations and they went above and beyond to arrange that for me. They also made sure to help me with the cuisine as I requested halal food and they were happy to provide vegetarian breakfast at my request. Honestly I could not recommend this hotel enough.
