Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value.

Mike, Anthony, and Monica were extremely friendly, helpful, and just fantastic in every way. Also, Cathy and Julie were so kind and professional. The place is fairly simple. I won't lie to you. But, it has everything you need and the location is great. I highly recommend the pub next door to the hotel. It is right there and shares the same parking lot. No, it is not just a bar. They have great food, an extensive menu, and it is family friendly. A taxi ride is always available and will only cost about 5 to 10 pounds to go anywhere in town. Everybody in Chorley was extremely friendly and the town square has plenty to see and do. I would stay at this location again and I recommend it to all.

In all honesty one of the best value stays I ever had. A little tired in the rooms/bathrooms. But excellent service with fans, bedding, heaters already available in the rooms. Pub next door was a little loud upto about 10:30pm ( I had an early start the next day) Breakfast needs a little more thought but was ok.

Great place to stay!
The hotel was everything we needed for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean, fresh white bedding and towels. The hotel is next to a pub which was convenient for a few drinks with friends and a fantastic breakfast!

Staff were friendly, check in was fast. Unfortunately, upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by an awful smell which remained when I got to my room. The bathroom was in need of a refurb and there was no tv remote. However, room was comfortable and quiet. Overall, think the hotel was priced too high for the quality.

The room was clean and comfortable for one night. Bit of paper given at check in with breakfast choices and time I intended to eat was a first, I eventually found staff in the morning who gave me my breakfast bag, another first, and I consumed it in the foyer area. Met a man in car park later who had a ‘ proper’ breakfast in the pub next door,

Needs an update
The hotel is conveniently situated and whilst it does not have a restaurant there are a couple of decent pubs offering food within walking distance. There is ample parking at the hotel. The staff were ver ffriendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and had been recently redecorated. The breakfast options were limited and had to be ordered the night before. Breakfast was collected from Reception in the morning and eaten in a limited dining area next to reception. Overall the hotel had a tired feel to it and could do with a refurbishment. I felt that it did not offer value for money.
