Staff very friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean and bed very comfortable. Easy access to city centre by car, bus or on foot. The room was a bit tired looking, but everything else was everything a visitor needed!

Tina the manager was very helpful. The Christchurch transit system is excellent. A bit noisy from traffic on the street outside and beeping from the nearby pedestrian crossing.

Greeting was great, he carried my case up the stairs. 3 day stay, hairdryer didn't work, no towels/bathmat on day one then no bathmat until last day. Neflix only on day one. Has been freshly refurbed, nail sticking up in carpet, where it meets the vinyl. No coat hangers in wardrobe that isn't finished, poor lighting, dark room for work, nails on ground where my car had to park, but great location

A good little property, however i think they are in the middle of renovations. New carpets, comfortable beds. Had all the amenities needed. Bathroom looked a little tired and lighting was, interesting. Will stay again.
