The roof vent in my room made a real loud humming noise. I went to the front desk (with a recording of it) and was given another room straight away plus a free drink for the inconvenience! Second room was awesome. So quiet. Great service. Would definitely stay here and recommend it to others.

Ideal in the heart of Christchurch. Compact room had everything and was perfect as a short stay accommodation . Restaurant downstairs was handy and 24hr reception worked a treat.

The hotel was in a nice area which was nice to be able to walk for food and shopping. The room was clean and my girls loved the bunk beds. The bunk beds were extremely squeaky which could wake you yo at night but overall a great stay.
