Nicest posh hotel in New Zealand with an excellent restaurant, cleanest rooms and comfortable beds, useful room amenities and comfortable and quiet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff from front desk to restaurant to maintenance and housekeeping. Don't wander around without your key though.

Fast and well run hotel shuttle. The hotel complex is a bit spread out, but one of the staff walked me to my room the first time (which helped a lot). Very nice room - spacious with nice amenities. It was quite overnight. I will keep this place on my CHC airport list.

Definitely the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable hotel we stayed in during our trip to New Zealand South Island during the off season Winter months (June). Getting to eat venison in the Patterson's restaurant was a delicious treat, and the upgrade to the King business suite was amazing with the comfortable beds and pillows, warm fireplace and cozy couch and large bathroom with 2 sinks and the full tub , with plates, silverware, cups, and tea supplies. Staff was very professional, polite, and prompt service was appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

Favourite place to stay in Christchurch

Amazing room lots of space. Bathroom well designed, rain shower and adjustable shower. Shower water doesn’t flood rest of bathroom. Bath and toilet. What I love most is plenty of towels flannels and bath mats. Fantastic spa pool open late. Just love this hotel in Christchurch, in my opinion the only place to stay.
