Everything about this stay was fantastic. Possibly one of the best stays I've had in Christchurch. Beautiful clean, quiet and warm room with lots of room amenities, even air freshener spray in the bathroom! Nice easy parking, clean and tidy property. Easy check in and out. Easy to get around the area. Would book to stay again anytime

Last-minute booking via Expedia, but possibly one of the fastest-ever check-in. Second-floor room, one back from a busy road – remarkably quiet. The room and bathroom condition.1st room on my trip with UTH milk potals (remember to buy milk before arrival)

Quiet, Clean and comfortable
Fantastic. One of the best, if not the best, motels I've stayed in. Spacious. Clean. Super hot water - Absolutely best shower. Big tv Easy parking. Quiet, even though it's on a main road and I'm a very light sleeper there was no traffic noise. Quiet effective A/C. Owner is s great guy. Definitely staying here again.

Property was tidy but no cook top and fixed heaters where broken and a freestanding put in place needed a bit of maintenance to lift it to the next level, linen covers where dated and could also need a revamp overall well priced and matched conditions, Was suited for our stopover

We had the cleaners service our room once after that i had to go and ask for stuff,there was huge cobwebs mould on curtains and at the bottom of the door in shower dust on skirtings no lock on bathroom door
