The overnight stay was fine. Had an early flight in the morning and location was excellent. Room was great, beds were very comfortable. Had dinner at the Exchange - was nice $30 Parking even though we stayed the night and had dinner there...free if we'd just gone for dinner!!

Great hotel in a great location - if you’re flying from Christchurch airport of course… Only negative - receptionist was surly and unfriendly. Not only at check in but on departure too. Question for her - why are you in a hospitality role?

Wonderfully convenient location just outside the airport doors. Receptionist Aaron was warm and welcoming on our arrival and unexpectedly gave our girls some toys. Fantastic to just walk out of the airport, into the hotel room to freshen up, then upstairs for dinner. Wonderful meals. Fantastic wait staff at the restaurant. It was so smooth and professional. Will definitely be recommending.

This place was very nice staff very helpful friendly the room was great bt due to a noise in my room i will not return unless fixed it sounded like a very bad dripping tap in vent above my door due to this i had not much sleep

Short Overnight stay

Had a great room. Only issue was maintenance work going on in the room next door. Had been driving all morning and with a 7.00am flight next morning was hoping for an afternoon rest after checking in but all the hammering and hammer drilling until 5.00pm crushed that idea. Rang customer service to ask why we weren’t told about the work and was told we should have been advised. The staff member apologized and later another staff member sent up some drink vouchers for the restaurant that evening which was something nice to make up for the noise issue. The Food Exchange restaurant on the top floor was great with a top view of the runway to see aircraft, especially the Emirates A380, coming and going. The food was good and not too expensive. All in all a great place to stay overnight if flying out early and we would definitely stay there again with hopefully a quieter room.

It is a little difficult to do a full "review ", as on the day we arrived, the computer check in was down. This created a "not the norm" situation for the staff. That said, the staff did very well, in my opinion, working a manual system. The hotel is about a 5 min walk to the airport, and about 15 min walk to a supermarket and other restaurants. So from a location point of view, excellent. The hotel was fully booked the night we stayed, so i strongly recommend booking as far in advance as possible. Will stay ag.
