It was very noisy. We had to put up with some loud music and traffic noise late at night. Their fridge was old and made so much noise throughout the night as well.

Good location, a bit tired
Great location for shoes at the arena, just a 10 minute walk. Property itself is dated, no ventilation in bathroom so evidence of black mould on the ceiling. Sofas ripped, cupboard fronts dirty. Fine for one night but I wouldn’t use it as a holiday stay.

Decent NZ Motel.
This is a decent NZ Motel style accommodation. Had a very pleasant welcome from the host reception which was real nice. Location on the arterial roads around Christchurch so with a big carpark is ideal for travellers with vehicles (M/Cycles etc) - Although not far walking from interesting Addington too. My Favourite bar - The Miller Pub… Many thanks…

This was an amazing place to stay! If you aren’t booking here…why not? The owners were accommodating and very helpful for all our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and everyone was so friendly. Thank you for being so amazing!

we were privileged to be there when all the trees in the yard were flowering. Such beautiful scents that you don't feel the need to go to Japan for that. But the hosts are very accommodating and will do their utmost best to support you with all your needs. The apartment was specious and clean and we don't care about interior design for kitchen and bathroom. More than enough hot water and everything you need for your stay

The owner of the property is very lovely and ready to take an extra step to make his customers happy. We stayed in a family studio apartment which was spacious, tidy, cozy and had all the amenities for a family with small children. Sound proof rooms and plenty of parking on site available. Will definitely come back again.
