Very friendly staff, clean room. We stay here every time we come to Christchurch. Older style motel. Stoves, table & chairs, lounge chairs, seating outside every unit, 12 in all I think. Close to city, Hagley Park. Gas station next door, other shops close by, including pub, takeawayfoods.

Good value for money has a full kitchen shower and lounge living room two chairs which is comfortable a dining table in the kitchen and a full stove. Bed was firm, but it was comfortable. Unfortunately they turned the fridges off which was very annoying because it was 30° outside and it took forever for a fridge to cool down. although it’s on main road it’s not overly clear noisy. Friendly staff probably would come and stay again.

Room was ok, but in need of tlc. Bathroom was same very worn looking and needing some love. Multi box for power behind bed was a bit dodgy. Owners were lovely tho Overall was average,.as condition let in down.
