Great, central location next to Vintage tram depot. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Large shower in ensuite. Breakfast well presented in restaurant. Would stay here again.

Appears to have recently been renovated so facilities and rooms are good. Lifts are incredibly slow so try to book a lower floor and use the stairs.

Lovely stay, great view

A very relaxing stay. Great location and great views from my tenth floor window but sometimes a long wait for the lift - there are only 2 lifts for the entire building. I ended up using the stairs to go down most times. I liked that there was a shelf in the shower - it makes things a lot easier. Everything was very clean and the restaurant food was delicious
