New owners are working hard to upgrade the facility such as installing all new carpeting. Owners are very friendly and helpful and do provide shuttle service to the airport for an additional fee.

The motel was fine, just as it was shown on the site. We had a unit at the back which was perfectly quiet. We were only there one night but had no issues or complaints.

We stayed there in a one bedroom apartment on arrival into Christchurch before heading off on a South Island road trip. There was a Westfield nearby with a Pak N Save supermarket enabling us to cook simple meals on the cook top. There were eateries within walking distance but we didn't try any of them.

Nice and clean, everything we needed on site. Functional kitchen area with stovetop and microwave. Table, chairs, desk, built in wardrobe, bedside tables, good heating and lighting, well aired. Not superior but had a comfortable, clean and very pleasant stay 😊

Great stay in Christchurch New Zealand

Very nice owners and staff that go out of their way to be helpful, friendly and kept asking if we needed anything or could they help making our stay any better. Location is very walkable to a nice Shopping Mall with many very good restaurants both inside and nearby the Mall. Also walkable to the Christchurch Train Station, and City buses are also nearby, which can take you almost anywhere inside the Christchurch limits and many nearby Suburbs.

A nice clean unit close to the railway station

A nice clean motel unit with fresh new carpet. Friendly staff and within walking distance of restaurants and the railway station. A cost of $60 to get to the airport. Recommended

Everthing mentioned on web site was there. I ,m getting use to kleenex. Being dismissed In the secondary motels , toot the snoot with Tp. Not sure about the train station provision, I had utilize Uber. No biggie 10 Nzd. No biggie. Speights Bar Grille shortest option. If you are Are without Auto
