Beautiful property, very friendly staff. Food was excellent. Snorkeling was not good the days we were there, but that was just because of the water conditions being cloudy. no fault of the resort. Walking around the resort is difficult because of all the hills. Would be nice if they had gold carts to take you around because its a large property and parking is difficult

The views from the Great House are amazing and one of the reasons I keep coming back! Staff is super friendly and attentive. We love the fact that within a couple days they learn your name!

To call this hotel outdated would be an insult to outdated hotels. This place is an old and moldy ghostown, and I’m not speaking about the guests. There is essentially no staff. Not in the pool, not at the restaurants, not at the bar. No one to help or serve, and until you finally do get served it takes hours and they charge you automatic gratuity fee ( how about you let me decide how I value your services ?). For the dry info: we received a moldy room, with broken down furniture, stickers on the bed, bad paint jobs, a lot of dust and dirt. I hope other guests will choose to go elsewhere u til this place will get renovated.

The Buccaneer Resort is a Beautiful property with Beautiful beaches and Beautiful views. We have stayed at the Buccaneer each time we have visited St Croix. The Resort has everything you need and the staff are kind, helpful and accommodating. Each morning there is a breakfast buffet with numerous items to choose from. The restaurants are fantastic for lunch and dinner. There are numerous activites to choose from - golf, tennis, chess at the beach, water sports to name a few. Literally, a person doesn't have to leave the resort. The Buccaneer has everything. But, If you do want to venture around the Island sightseeing, scuba diving, snorkeling at the Pier, shopping or dining out - everything is pretty close. Point Udall, Christiansted, Frederiksted, Buck Island are a few places to check out. We enjoy The Buccaneer and like the location.
