좋은 숙박 그 이상...

귀걸이 한쪽을 잃어버려 혹시나 벨라스테이에서 잃어버렸는지 데스크에 전화 했는데 있다고 하네요. 청소하시는 분이 발견 후 데스크에 전달했는지 모르지만 너무 양심적이신 분인거 같습니다. 그리고 전화 받으신 분도 너무 친절히 대응해 주셔서 감사합니다. 비싼 귀걸이는 아니지만 이렇게 양심적인 분들이 계시다니... 숙박의 퀄리티도 좋았지만 이렇게 좋은 분들로 인해 더 좋은 여행과 추억이 되었습니다. 벨라스테이 사장님!! 좋은 분들로 인해 회사 이미지도 좋아 졌으니 이런 분들께 좋은 한마디 부탁드립니다.

그 위치에 있는 이유를 모르겠음. 그리고 두꺼비집에서 밤새 전기소리가 나서 잠을 설침. 다음날 방을 바꿔주긴 했지만 처음들어온 클레임이 아닌것처럼 얘기하던데 미리 확인해서 방을 배정했어야하는건 아닌가 싶고 배려가 부족했음. 불편을 표현하면 바꿔주는 시스템임.

나쁘지는 않았지만 최고라고 말하기에는 무언가가 부족한 숙박

숙소는 깔끔했고 위치도 좋았습니다, 다만 저에게는 매트리스가 딱딱했고, 베개는 너무 높아서 편안한 잠자리를 가졌다고 말할 수는 없습니다. 하지만 이것은 개인적인 차이입니다.
