I booked & paid for a room that listed sofa bed in description only to be told that I’d have to pay additional charges when I checked in. When I showed the employee the listing on Expedia he said “I don’t know what to tell you”. Then the room was dirty. Food in refrigerator and shower dirty (hair & grime). I had to ask for sheets, pillow & blanket for sofa bed & was given a hard time with that. The shower didn’t work right either. Horrible stay & waste of money

Fantastic hotel, with a couple minor negatives.
Hotel was very nice. Room was updated, very modern and clean. Bed was wonderful. Only negatives were: water temp and pressure in shower were just ok, not great. Complementary breakfast was not great, and breakfast eating area wasn't kept clean. But overall, this is a nice place to stay, and I will definitely stay there again when in the area.

It was awful. Dirty, musty, weak ac. It was noisy. The staff were rude and unable to provide wheelchair accessibility. They were also unkind about our service animal. Truly awful and disgusting place. Damp carpet, lame pillows, just yuck.
