The biggest issue with this property is the noise from the traffic from a main roadway next to the hotel. The noise went well into the night even though we were on the 35th floor. The hotel did provide air plugs upon request.

The Trembesi is a beautiful hotel. I spent 2 weeks there. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly. I had a beautiful view of the city from my room.

Spacious room, wonderful breakfast, nice 24hr cafe near lobby - very convenient for late night supper and family enjoyed spending time using the amenities (pool, gym, spa)! Will stay again if go to Jakarta =)

Great stay

Room was excellent! It was very chic and comfortable. I had a very enjoyable stay due to how quiet the room was. The check-in area was also very chic and comfortable. My check-in process was a breeze. The breakfast also had a good selection and it was very spacious. In an excellent location on Gading Serpong.

Second time back here. Really nice place. Choice destination for my family now.

Staff were awesome, and rooms are nice and clean.
