The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, the service and overall experience were awful. There was no water in the room, the TV didn’t work, and the included coffee tasted like water. They had an espresso machine, but none of the staff knew how to use it. The coffee was so bad that guests ended up figuring out the machine and making their own coffee. Most of the staff didn’t greet us, say goodbye, or even ask how our stay was. The only exception was Miguel on the night shift, who was helpful and welcoming—we truly appreciated him. A beautiful property means very little when basic amenities don’t work and guests are treated as though they don’t matter. Management seriously needs to improve its service, staff training, hospitality, and maintenance before I could recommend this place.

It was an incredible glamping experience!! The property has a beautiful scenery and was well maintained. My tent was mostly clean for what they were capable of cleaning. Bugs were annoying but that's part of being in nature. Amenities were great and the staff was very accommodating. Their restaurant is a farm-to-table, and their ingredients were always fresh and flavorful. We ate there multiple times. Would really recommend this place for those that want a little getaway and trying to immerse in nature.

Amazing place a few minutes walk out of Salento. Fantastic views and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Highly recommend
