Me entregaron la llave y no fueron claros sobre donde estaba la habitación. Tuve que darle la vuelta a la planta alta para luego preguntar a alguien que me encontré y me indicó el camino. La habitación en general bien pero una de las ropas de cama olía a que no se secó. No pude conectarme al wifi y nunca contestaron la llamada a recepción

No sirve el elevador, me tocó en el 4to piso y me tuve que chutar subiendo los 4 pisos con maletas, el estacionamiento insuficiente, debes dejar no de celular para que si tienes que mover el vehículo bajes a moverlo me tocó 2 veces y tuve que bajar desde el 4to piso a moverlo, mal olor en los baños. Poca presión de agua.

Regular, el elevador no funciona y al llevar un adulto mayor fue complicando en las escaleras, pedí cambio de habitación y me dieron planta baja y primer piso, la del primer piso dejó de funcionar el agua del baño y me volvieron a cambiar, el agua caliente falla mucho, la alberca un poco sucia el agua
