Reservation was for Dec 24. The American Embassy cancelled all appointments at last minute. I tried to move my reservation(Not cancel) with more than a week in advance. Management at the hotel denied the move. This was beyond my control. I just wanted to move from Dec 24 to Jan 7. Not a cancellation, a move. Hotel kept my money when I tried to move within a week prior to the original reservation date. Not a nice hotel/management.

Overpriced
We reserved a $ 90-a-day room with no refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, or microwave. The TV had only three local channels and, despite the staff's assistance, we could not access Netflix, YouTube, or other premium channels as advertised. The "free" morning breakfasts were excellent and the kitchen had a small but good menu reasonably priced for the afternoon and evening. The staff was friendly and courteous, especially the room cleaning staff and morning chef. It seems our room was comparable to several $40-a-day hotels in the area.

My only real complaint about the property is the free breakfast. Aside from the fruit and bread, the rest of the breakfast options look like cat vomit. While the flavor of most things are good, the presentation of the food is horrible. There is likewise no menu they give you to order eggs that aren’t mixed with tomatoes and ham for example…. Very much lacking for all the people who come here for their Visa process.
